Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are not present in Jen Woods’ Chair Yoga class. This type of yoga can gently improve posture, release tension, and increase core strength. Jen will guide you through a series of poses using an ordinary straight back chair.
Using a gentle and respectful approach, Jen Woods helps you focus on listening to your physical body rather than pushing you to achieve a certain result. Her teaching is adaptable to all levels, from beginner to the advanced practitioner.
