Acupressure with Color & Sound

with Autumn Singleton, LMBT (NC License #9228)

Each person has seven main energy centers or chakras: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, throat, third eye and crown. By asking questions related to these energy centers, Autumn begins to determine which one is blocked or most in need of balancing and energy healing.

You will stretch out and relax on a comfortable table where Autumn will “listen” to 12 pulses that relate to your internal organs and are recognized in Chinese natural healing practices. This information, along with your input, lets her determine the appropriate colored light and corresponding music to use during your session.

It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will receive a head-to-toe front and back treatment of all the acupuncture meridian lines. If you have a specific ailment, Autumn activates acupressure and hand/foot reflex points to promote the natural healing process.

TESTIMONIAL
“Autumn cured me of a sense of “brokenness.” I have post-traumatic stress disorder from a few incidences, and it’s been an issue. I felt and knew I was whole after that session. it’s a miracle, a true miracle. I still have PTSD but I’m not broken.” – Monica A.

Each energy center resonates at a different vibration and corresponds to a color in the light spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet) and a tone in the musical scale (C-D-E-F-G-A-B). Like musical instruments, the energy centers can get out of tune. When the energy centers are out of tune, the messages carried along the meridians of the nervous system to your internal organs and the rest of your body get distorted. This creates a range of symptoms from “feeling out of sorts” to being very ill.

This natural healing treatment can clear out energetic blockages, relax tight muscles, improve circulation, reduce stress, and provide a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Many find this alternative healing therapy effective for such conditions as arthritis, migraines, colds/flu, back pain, digestive problems, menstrual cramping, and general well being.

If you have a chronic condition you may need to come weekly for a while. Some clients come twice per month or once a month for a “tune up.” Just as you would tune your musical instruments on a regular basis or take your car in for maintenance, it’s important for your vitality to keep your energy centers in Balance.
