What is Directional Non-Force Chiropractic™

Directional Non-Force Chiropractic™ is the original low force method of chiropractic developed by the late Dr. Richard VanRumpt. This patient-oriented approach provides maximum, long lasting relief in a safe and effective manner, even with babies, geriatrics, post surgical patients, and those who have disc herniations.

About Dr. Bob Lilly

Dr. Bob Lilly’s passion for chiropractic began when recovering from a climbing accident in the early 1980’s. After trying several different chiropractic techniques, Dr. Lilly received a series of D.N.F.T. adjustments, which completely corrected his chronic problems. This experience was the inspiration for his dream of helping others through chiropractic. In 1996, Dr. Lilly graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian at Life University in Marietta, GA. Life University is the largest chiropractic school in the world.

Dr. Lilly facilitates a Partnership approach to your natural healing process. He works with you to get to the root of your physical symptoms, thus minimizing the amount of treatment needed. His gifts of Compassion and Nurturing create a safe environment for Healing to occur. Dr. Lilly uses an effective, gentle, low-force type of whole-body adjusting that is safe for all people, from infancy to adult. The natural healing technique does not require twisting, “cracking” or “popping” of your joints.

Dr. Lilly also helps you to increase your body awareness by teaching you to recognize improper posture and poor movement patterns that cause certain areas to be more prone to injury. You learn to isolate specific muscle groups and stretch or strengthen them to prevent future problems.
