Adawehi students and the local community come together each 2nd and 4th weekend from 8:00am to 1:00pm to express their hearts in the physical. Each morning begins with a guided meditation where a “heart-energy-for-the-day” is brought into awareness. The day is then spent with each person focusing on that heart energy while working together on teams in order to gift the planet.
